The Government is today releasing draft notices that will provide greater certainty and consistency for consumers and insurers on disclosure requirements for insurance policies.
These new notices will ensure that insurers provide consumers with a standard, consistent description of what they need to disclose before taking out insurance or when renewing their policies.
The Regulations related to these notices are also being released today.
The draft Regulations and their explanatory material are available on the Treasury website.
