Albanese Government housing agenda already delivering for Australians
More than 360 regional Australians have already taken advantage of the Albanese Government’s Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee just a month after its launch on October 1.

The Albanese Government will deliver more than $15 million to support Australian small businesses and help them prosper in recognition of their central role in building a strong national economy.
National Housing Accord: working together to help tackle housing challenges
The Albanese Government today announces the National Housing Accord, a landmark agreement to address one of our nation’s biggest economic challenges: the supply and affordability of housing.
It will align for the first time the efforts of all levels of government, institutional investors and the construction sector to help tackle the nation’s housing problem.
