The Federal Government's Small Business Superannuation Clearing House has now distributed more than $1 billion in superannuation payments on behalf of small business owners across the country.
The Clearing House is a free service that takes the pressure off small business owners and reduces the time spent by employers on paying different superannuation funds for different employees.
The growth of the Clearing House is a success story for the Government and small business owners.
When a small business uses the Clearing House, employers save time and workers can be confident their super is being paid correctly.
The Small Business Superannuation Clearing House, managed by the Department of Human Services, was launched in 2010. In under three years, the Clearing House has helped more than 42,000 small business owners better manage their employees' superannuation contributions.
Around 98 per cent of the small business owners we've spoken to have told Government they would absolutely recommend the Clearing House to other small business owners.
The Government certainly encourages any small business owner to consider taking advantage of the program and save themselves the time and paperwork.
