The third Ministerial Meeting on Public Liability Insurance, to be held in Sydney, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 2, 2002.
The change was made after a number of States and Territories indicated a preference for the meeting be deferred to enable the receipt of the second and final report of the Review of the Law of Negligence due to be completed on September 30.
