Due to unforseen circumstances Mr Peter McCarthy, B App SC FIAA, a consultant with Ernst and Young is no longer available to assist the Ministerial Meeting on Public Liability Insurance to be held on 27 March 2002.
A new consultant will be appointed shortly.
