The Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, Senator Ian Campbell, who has responsibility for ASIC, said today's NSW Supreme Court ruling against Mr Rodney Adler was "a very clear reminder of the responsibilities directors have to ensure companies have vigorous and transparent corporate governance processes in place."
He said given the decision was being appealed, he would not comment further.
