Qantas Offer

The offer by Airline Partners Australia in relation to Qantas must comply with the Qantas Sale Act 1992 and the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (FATA).

Notification of a proposed acquisition under the FATA is considered by the Foreign Investment Review Board. An announcement will be made after the proposal has been examined in detail.
