The Treasurer today announced the reappointment of Ms Lynn Wood as a Member of the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) for a further five year term.
Ms Wood joined the FIRB in April 1995 and has made a valuable contribution to the administration of foreign investment policy since that time.
Ms Wood has considerable business experience in financial services, including having been a Director of Schroders Australia Ltd, NSW Lotteries Corporation and Sedgwick Holdings Pty Ltd. She is currently a Director of Macquarie Goodman and the MS Society of NSW, as well as a compliance committee member of several major fund managers.
The other members of the FIRB are Mr John Phillips, AO (Chairman) the Hon Chris Miles and Mr Gerry Antioch (Executive Member).
