Gifts to National Council of Churches in Australia (NCCA)

The Assistant Treasurer, Senator Rod Kemp, today announced that gifts of $2 or more to the NCCA Christian World Service Overseas Programs and the NCCA Christian World Service Refugee Resettlement Fund will be tax deductible from the date of notice in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette. These overseas aid funds have been established to provide relief for persons in developing countries.

The funds were previously called the Australian Council of Churches World Christian Action Overseas Programme and the Australian Council of Churches World Christian Action Refugee Resettlement Fund. Accordingly, gifts to these previously named funds will no longer be tax deductible from the date of notice in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette.
