That’s why we are proud to take a major step forward in implementing that vision this week, introducing the legislative package into the Parliament.

Treasurer, good to see you though. But when will the money from the funds start flowing on this?

Really important day today, I’ll be introducing the Future Made in Australia legislation into the House of Representatives.

A Future Made in Australia is all about secure, well‑paid jobs and more opportunities in more parts of the country, and it’s about delivering a new generation of prosperity.

Today I am proud to introduce the Future Made in Australia Bill 2024.

This Bill is a major step in implementing the Albanese Labor Government’s Future Made in Australia agenda, to deliver our country’s next generation of prosperity.

It brings us closer to our vision for a prosperous future for all Australians –

Today the Government will introduce the new Future Made in Australia Bill 2024 and Future Made in Australia (Omnibus Amendments No. 1) Bill 2024 to Parliament, a major step in making the Australian economy more prosperous and resilient.

Treasurer, it’s good to see you. Look, it feels like everything is going up at the moment. And while any bit of extra help is great, do you seriously think that what your government has done today will make much of a difference to the people who are really hurting?
