Whether it’s said at an auction or a sticker stuck on a real estate sign, “sold” and the purchase of a home is life changing.
“Sold” means the start of new beginnings.
And new memories.
“Sold” means new neighbours.

Help to Buy to deliver more support for Australian homebuyers
This week the Albanese Government takes another step forward in delivering the most significant housing reforms in a generation with the introduction of Help to Buy legislation.
Help to Buy will bring home ownership back into reach for 40,000 Australian households.
New appointments to Housing Australia
The Albanese Government has today appointed Ms Matina Papathanasiou and Ms Mary Ploughman as members of the Housing Australia Board for five‑year periods.
Housing Australia is dedicated to improving housing outcomes by supporting efforts to increase the supply of homes for Australians.
$392 million Industry Growth Program open for business
The Albanese Government has officially opened the $392 million Industry Growth Program to help start‑ups and small businesses commercialise and grow their companies.
The opening of the program takes place as a new report finds that businesses in Australia often face barriers in scaling up.

New South Wales is home to about 34 per cent of Australia’s small businesses and of those, roughly 70 per cent are located in Greater Sydney.
Working together to build 4,000 new homes across the country
The Albanese Government’s Social Housing Accelerator will build around 4,000 homes for Australians who need them.
The Government is today releasing final implementation plans for the $2 billion Social Housing Accelerator that shows how many homes each state and territory government will deliver with funding from the Commonwealth.
New partnership to deliver up to 65 new homes for ACT
The Albanese Government’s Social Housing Accelerator will build 65 homes for Canberrans who need them.
As part of the $2 billion Social Housing Accelerator, the ACT Government has received $50 million from the Commonwealth to deliver these additional homes.
All the Commonwealth funding for these homes must be committed by the ACT by 30 June 2025.
New partnership to deliver around 1,500 new homes for New South Wales
The Albanese Government’s Social Housing Accelerator will build around 1,500 homes for New South Wales residents who need them.
As part of the $2 billion Social Housing Accelerator, the New South Wales Government has received $610 million from the Commonwealth to deliver these additional homes.
