Albanese Labor Government funding to deliver new homes for Aboriginal elders in South Australia
The Albanese Labor Government is partnering with the South Australian Labor Government to deliver 40 culturally‑appropriate homes in Adelaide for Aboriginal elders.
The independent living units in Bedford Park, are being built with the assistance of a $3 million grant from the National Housing Infrastructure Facility (NHIF).

The Shorewell Park Building for Family Based Care opens today, providing more supported accommodation for Tasmanians who need it most.

Applications open for historic new housing investment
Applications open today for the first round of funding for social and affordable homes under the $10 billion Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and the National Housing Accord.
Today’s opening of applications kickstarts the single biggest investment in social and affordable rental housing in more than a decade.
