More Tasmanians will have access to supported accommodation with the official opening of new modular homes in Clarendon Vale funded by the Federal Government.

The funding has supported the Supported Affordable Accommodation Trust to deliver 27 new homes across Greater Hobart for Tasmanians living with a disability.

The Albanese Government is pleased to announce the selection of providers for Round 2 of the Digital Solutions – Australian Small Business Advisory Services Program. 

Minister for Small Business, Julie Collins, said small businesses right across the nation can access these services, regardless of where they’re located. 

More than 4,700 Australians have been helped into home ownership through the Albanese Government’s Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee in its first six months. 

The Australian Government has appointed Ms Teresa Dyson as the acting Chair to the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) for a three month period.

Mr Adrian Harrington has resigned as Chair of the NHFIC Board, and the Government would like to thank Mr Harrington for his dedicated service to the NHFIC Board.
